How to Use This Teeth Whitening Kit

Preparations before using:
1. Brush your teeth.
2. Check your teeth in the mirror, if there is any film that builds up on the teeth surface, use 1 pcs teeth wipe to remove it, because the film may inhibit enamel permeability.

Note before using:
1. Moulding and triming the trays customized to your teeth is the most important step. This gel will only work with nicely fit trays. Poorly molded trays will burn your gums, as a result the gel will not whiten and your gums will hurt.
2. If you burn your gums, the burning feeling will go away in 24 to 48 hours, please don t worry.

Use Step 1 Mould The Thermoplastic Mouth Trays:
1. Prepare a cup of hot water(the temperature is about 70 to 80 Degrees Celsius , be careful the temperature can t be higher! ).
2. Submerge one of the mouth trays into the hot water for 10 to 12 seconds, or just until the tray appears to soften. Be careful the mouth trays can not stay in hot water too long time, can not overheat the trays, otherwise it may be severely deformed and can not be used.
3. Place the mouth tray into your mouth, covering your upper teeth.
4. Close your mouth and suck out all air and excess water, creating suction between the mouth tray and your teeth
5. With your fingers, gently form the tray around your teeth by pressing your upper lip against your teeth.
6. Wait 10 to 15 seconds and then remove the mouth tray from your mouth.
7. Submerge the mouth tray completely in a cup of could water for 10 seconds, to help it retain the shape of your teeth.
8. Repeat process for lower mouth tray.

Use Step 2 Trim The Mouth Trays To The Correct Height
1. After moulding both mouth trays, use scissors to trim any excess plastic form the open end of the trays(the end which hits your gum line).
2. Cutting down the mouth trays at the gum line helps avoid possible irritation caused by friction or rubbing of the mouth trays against this sensitive area.

Use Step 3 Fill Mouth Trays and Whiten Teeth:
1. Place a small of gel on each tooth impression on the upper and lower mouth trays,do not overload trays, less is best, 0.25 to 0.5ml for each tray, more is just wasted.
2. Place the upper and lower mouth trays into your mouth, and adjust so that your teeth are properly covered and fitted by their corresponding teeth impressions.
3. Put gentle pressure on the upper mouth tray by pushing on your upper lip with your fingers, to ensure a tight fit.
4. Repeat for the lower mouth tray.
5. (optional)Turn on the LED light provided by pressing the white button, then hold the light as close to your teeth as possible for the duration of the whitening treatment. The LED accelerator is designed to help you achieve better results in a shorter amount of time.
6. Wear the mouth trays for approximately 20 to 45 minutes in total. We recommend starting off with individual 20-minute treatments, and gradually increasing the length of each whitening treatment as your teeth become accustomed to the process.
7. After use, remove mouth trays and rinse in lukewarm water. Store in the case provided.
8. After each treatment, We recommend gently wiping away any excess gel from the teeth or gums with a toothbrush, to protect against irritation. Remember to completely rinse away excess gel from the toothbrush after use.
9. (optional)The blue gel is Remineralization Gel(Desensitizing Gel), it can reduces sensitivity of your teeth. It is applied before or after the whitening process, just like the whitening gel. Place a small bead of gel per tooth in the inside of the tray and wear it 15-20 minutes. If your teeth are not sensitive to the whitening gel, you do not need to use the blue Desensitizing Gel.

(Optional) Vitamin E Cotton Swabs:
